Ok, So in school we have half days about 5 times a month, and on those days, we do what ever we want, Go to the library, Computer Lab.. Whatever. And I looked up a guide and it worked. So i thought i would share it
PLEASE NOTE-- It May not work at your school, all schools have different computers/and computer option..s
Step 1:
Windows XP users: click Start>Run>type "cmd.exe /k" (without the quotation marks)
Windows Vista/7 users: click the start logo>type "cmd.exe /k" (without the quotes)
The /k command is to allow the command prompt to stay up to write down the address.
Step 2:
You should have a black window up with some text in it. This is the command prompt.
Type in: "ping world(x).runescape.com" (without the quotation marks)
Substitute a world number for (x), for example "ping world1.runescape.com"
Step 3:
Write down what is said after the pinging part, and the top of the window.
It should begin with the words "intat".
Step 4:
Use that domain to access RuneScape anywhere it's blocked! This will only work if the website is blocked, a blocked Java tutorial may come later ;)
I wasted 15 minutes of my life writing this guide for you. Please pay me back by saying thanks, or send me a PM saying you wish to donate.
Enjoy RS without a proxy!
Please Tell me If it works for you!

Since most schools have CMD disabled by administrator you could make a CMD by. Copy and pasting this code into a notepad and then naming it CMD.bat
Command.com
