Yes you can,but ofcourse you already need to know how to mod it,plus you need to be modded OUT if the Developers room also.

Console ID for traveling to the developer room:
coc qasmoke

Console ID to get out of the room:

coc whiterun


Whiterun= Location you want to travel to. This can be changed to any other city name.
