Ive tried unplugging the cords and re plugging them back in. ive restarted my computer 3 times, not sure what to do!
If you have any suggestion(s) please let me know im not sure what to do!

change your setting on your xbox from play through headset to play through both .

No its not the voice, like my TV plays sound and voice. But on my computer it wont record it

Yes maybe you have mixed up the red and white cord..

The TV on mute shouldn't matter and neither should the play through both. Did you double check that it is set up right?
