Ok so my friend and I have been trying to use the Hamachi method of playing on minecraft multiplayer seeing as we didn't buy the game. We seem to be having trouble in connecting to servers. I can connect to his server but when he tries to connect to his own server he can't. He gets the error saying: "Lost Connection End of Stream" how do we fix this

In the server.properties, did you put the hamachi IP where it says serever-ip=
This IP will start with 5.
And did you actually get him to join your hamachi network?

Yes i did type the IP in the right area and everything, he is on my hamchi network its just that he cannot connect to his own server but i can connect to it

tell him to try to connect with ip:localhost
