Its seems that no matter what brand of mic I buy. They break in under 6 months. Bought a Triton AX 720 less than a month ago and it already broke. I have bought probably 10-15 regular mics and 1 other turtle beach. Does anybody else have extensive problems with their XBL mics?
P.S. I take good care of them
Could it be my controller messing them up?

Obviously you don't take care of them I have had 60 dollar turtle beaches for a year and a half and not a scratch on them. keep them in a safe place when you are done playing and don't chuck them when you rage.

I do take good care of them. My turtle beach shorted when I plugged it into my guitars mic jack. And my trittons just seem like a piece of garbage. I put them up in their stand every night or whenever I get off. But it just seems like the mics dont work well with my controller. They make static when plugging them in for quite a while.

Mine break every two months.
My cords get tangled up and it rips through and ruins the wire.
The $20 mic's can't take a blow to the wall.

Yeah my Triton cords tangled really bad. They intertwined and I think that might be the reason they broke so quickly

I know I think I am about to just go up to the Astros. I am tired of plastic hardly put together mics. Im honestly considering either a high end TB or a Astro
