you go to video manager open the video up in 10 new tabs and when the video is finished you close the tab and then you go back to video manager and open the video up in 10 new tabs and do it all over again until you get 250 views on it

no you dont let it sit there when the videos are finished you close the tabs and open 10 more and you keep on doing it
