The past few days my computer has been do slow Internet and computer In general wise any tips to speed it up post below
I already tried restarting router and mOdem and computer itself
I ran virus scans and results were good

Empty your recycle bin.
Delete unused programs.
Do disk defragmentation.

Uninstall any un need programs and run a virus scan to check for viruses

Windows 7 this was done on.
First go to 'Computer', Right click and go to Properties
Go To 'Advanced System Settings'
Next go to 'Settings' under the performance section
then go into the 'Advanced' tab
then go down to 'Change'
Make sure "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" is NOT ticked
then click 'custom size'
you want the Initial size to be around 1000-2000.
You will want your Maximum size to be around 2000-4000.
If it does not let you set the size then try lower them a by around 150-200 each time.

Also you could download something called 'CCleaner' it is really helpful.

empty recycle bin make sure your not downloading anything or left any high speed programs open

Google "Trojan Download" It should "help" your computer....
