Ok so I just built my new pc today I built it on ceramic tiles (Not Carpet)
I had a static wristband so its not static.
Before you say anything.
Ok so I built my pc today no big problems and im getting ready to boot up and I turn it on the cpu fan and the case fan turn on for a split second and then shut back off and then turn back on and shut back off and it repeats this cycle.
So I do not know the problem :\
This is my first build so please don't yell at me or anything.
IF you can help that would be greatly appreciated!

This is a prime example of why I tell people not to build their own computer if they don't know what they're doing lol, troubleshooting can be a bitch.
First of all, you need to do a CMOS reset ( check your manual if you don't know how )
If that doesn't work, just post here or send me a message ( might take a while for me to respond )
