File a lawsuit? They aren't making you pay $200. You choose to pay it after you are punished for violating the rules. Sounds just as ridiculous as the mother who sued McDonalds for making her daughter fat. Nobody forced you to do anything.

I'm paying for my monthly sub. for XBL and if I want to use what I'm already paying for then I have to buy a new Xbox, so yea If I want to use what I'm paying for already then I'm being forced to spend $200

For anyone who has modded or paid for 10th well then you knew that there was a risk of getting banned when you did it.

I think its BS how you could just a bunch of complaints filed on you from 10 year olds and Microsoft bans you because you hit the number of complaints filed against you. Im willing to bet i have had atleast 20 people say they were filing complaints on me after i raped them in the game just because they thought i was cheating somehow. I have also had people think i was out of the map on wasteland when really i was laying on the ground next to the radiation barrier sniping, and all those people filed complaints or so they say. I just think microsoft needs a better system to justify who gets banned and who doesn't. I mean really, sould you be banned just because you get put into a room full of cry babies who dont like to lose and just file complaints because they can?
