-You are minding his own business on the street
-3 guys suddenly approach you and steal your bag
-They're fleeing the scene
-You catch up & they proceed to beat you
-You pull out a knife
-Stab 1 guy, and he bleeds to death
-The other 2 flee
Who do you think gets legal charges here/What's your opinion?
-Heard this on the news and they're discussing if "You" get charged. So, just wondering,

Not really, she stabbed them when they didn't have a weapon. If they had a gun, then it would be self defence. so she's in the wrong.
