TYVM for the info but i had this case on since the ipod touch 4g came out!!!! And its kind of hard is there anyway to not make it so hard!!!!

Grab a kitchen knife, Or a a pocket knife.. I've had the same problem as you.. Gently prop up the sides with the knife.. Or the line that separates the case, put the knife between there, carefully move it back and forwards untill the case become's loose. Don't push to hard, cause if the case does come off, you'll scratch the back with the knife...
