Please Help Flashing DVD drive

Im trying to flash my DVD drive but when i open up Jungle flasher is says it can't install portio64.sys because of "Driver Signature Enforcement" can some one tell me how to get it to install???

Reboot your pc and tap the F8 Key until a screen with an option to DISABLE DRIVER SIGNITURE ENFORCEMENT. use the arrow keys to to highlight it and then hit enter. then your problem should be fixed

Right away, when the computer boots up click f8, before you see the windows flag thing.
