No it isn't, as EA's T&C's apply to all their games, and they probably think that if you're willing to cheat on one of their games, you're likely to cheat on others.

At the end of the day, if you knowingly mod online, you can't go crying when you get banned. Consider the consequences before you do it, or regret it at your leisure...

No matter if you have played 1 game with a modded pro, you will get banned, they run a script through the system and it checks your pros history so even if you have got rid of it be prepared to get banned from the ea servers like me ;D
