so my friend has this ipod that he gave to me for free its disabled but he told all i needed to do was plug it into itunes and hold the top button and middle button to turn it off
but it still says it disabled and my friend doesnt remember the password is there anything i can do... help thanks
and also when i connect it to itunes ( my itunes ) it says i need to enter the password on my ipod first thanks again!!!!!!!!!

Im pretty sure theres no way to remove the Passcode.

Unless you restore it... But you lose EVERYTHING

Well you would have to Restore it which would reset everything and to do that you would need to put it in DFU mode

try to restore it on itunes or maybe reset it

i dont mind about restoring it but when i plug it into itunes it doesnt come up....

all you have to do is put your ipod into DFU mode and then restore it.
