The Call Of Duty series died when Battlefield became mainstream. A lot of people might disagree, but COD is following in HALO's footsteps. It's just another step on the ladder you take when becoming a gamer. Everyone has their golden day's with COD, and then moves on to other games. BF3, GOW3, and so on.

You guys are just bored of it. if it was your first time getting a cod and it was mw3 i garuntee you would think its amazing.

I agree with Climax to an extent. The shotguns could have been alot better than what they are now after the so called "Buff" patch. As far as the spawns go, Robert Bowling is getting spammed by the community with horrible spawn videos etc, So he will probably work on them further. The grenades aren't bad, but it seem that people get mad when they get grenade/semtex hitmarkers in the beginning of the match. (When there is a spawn protection). The game is still fun, but it does still need work.
