Okay so I havnt played RS in about 2 years. I just started playing again 2 days ago and just now became a mem. What is the best armour/weapon/items to have for my stats. I am wanting to train attack and def to lvl 70
Attack:65
Strength:70
Defense:66
Please help! Have 10M to spend!

Helm of neitiznot, dragon platelegs, dragon boots, dragon chainbody, regen bracelet, wealth, glory, and the best cape you have.

Blessed Spirit Shield if possible, and a whip. If not use a DFS if enough cash, but not sure, if not maybe a dragon square.
