i ordered fifa 12 from shopto because it was cheap, but it didnt turn up, they said wait 15 days and fill in a lost parcel claim, but its been 17 days now, and its in the part were it says

"The list below contains any orders for which you cannot make a claim. These include orders which are more than a year old or that were made within the last 15 days."

so does anyone know what to do ? im going to phone them monday, or tomorow if they are open and tell them, im never gna use em again there **** shit
