WTF it was literally my favorite mode and what i played 99 percent of the time. I've tried all the other modes and they aren't nearly as fun to me :/ i can understand some people not liking it because the strategies not the usual run n gun or camp... buti thought it was a great mode and if some people didn't enjoy it . then fine! don't play it but why the heck would you completely remove it? freaking lame.

More people play infected than SND and KC combined, I think it is a bit more popular.

i am very angry. this the only reason i purchased this game. because i played dropzone at my friend's house and i had so much fun i stopped on the way home and bought mw3. how can they remove content from a game that you already bought? i am very angry. that was the only "war like" game mode in mw3.. it was messy, sometimes sloppy deaths, people spamming frags and flashbangs, and non-stop action. and the constant attempt to hold the DROPZONE for as long as possible before dying. an all out battle 'til the finish. The matches were ALWAYS full, and if some people didn't like it, why do they remove it for everyone? not fair. not everyone wants to play the other games. i personally hate infected, because i hate playing with a just a knife. it's boring. i usually came in 1st every dropzone match. i averaged around 4,000 points every match. DROPZONE was much more fun that deathmatch, where you randomly run around looking for campers and other runners and shoot them in the back. very boring. i like having an objective to capture/defend. that's a real game for me. takes skill and a tactical approach. my screen name's on xbox were PS3 RAEPS XBOX, and URfatMOMhasAIDS. this should be illegal to remove content from a purchased game. i want my $60.00 back!!

I agree they shouldn't have taken it out as opposed to leaving it and just adding infected, but why is it when people state their opinion's against dropzone they get like 20 dislikes?

infection replaced it, if you ask me it was a good decision.

what I dont understand is why they couldnt keep drop zone and have infected too.
