Well im buying a domain, i already have the layout, but i need someone to code it. Will anyone help me?

Making a website isn't an easy task and you can't just learn enough to make a nice looking website in a few days, it takes quite a lot of time, effort and work.

On another note, due to what I just said, very few people (if anyone) will make a website for free, as it takes time, and time is money.
