i said id buy coins of him through paypal and i said ill go first and send as services so if he scammed me i could dispute, but he wont he will only accept it if i gift him the money where as if he recorded it to and proved he bought it i couldent win the dispute, watch out he could be legit but if he was i wouldent see why he would want it as a gift

Hardly a scammer because im not accepting it as goods, i could send you the coins and then you still dispute? Ive also gifted 10 people gold and been on here over a year, check my wall for vouches. So dont call someone a scammer unless you know they are.

You can still get the money back even if he recorded it so dont call him a scammer.
