Most people use this effect in OCE's, Montages, Mini-tages, etc.
you know that flash effect where it flashes to the beat or just randomly flashes faster and faster? for example..
you know what I mean..
thanks,
some people are saying that they just split clips and add brightness and contrast?
let me know!

Yes i just did it in Sony Vegas Pro. You add Brightness and Contrast FX to your video and click the clock next to Brightness to animate. Then you find a point where you want the flash to be and put a keyframe down. Then change the brightness to your liking. Next put a keyframe right before and after the first keyframe and set it to normal brightness and contrast. If you want to change speed of the flash just change the difference between the keyframes and your done. At least this is what I do.
Hope it Helps!
