there is a line where my mouse cant go past and it wont let me launch steam or its games its a giant balck bar any solutions?

Did you try reinstalling steam ? and also I cant see what your talking about in the picture.

Un-install then re-install and it should work, might be a corrupted file, stopping you from opening it. :cat:

To fix the Steam problem, just re-install it as has been suggested.

I don't know what exactly you mean by "there is a line where my mouse cant go past" though?
