im new to this site and i see alot of stickies and i wana make 1.
how do i make1?
ive also clicked something and i was asked questions and had to click the bubble for my answers. i guess that was a poll. how do i do that?? can anyone help a scrub out?

Sticky can only be done by Mods, and Polls are right underneath the box where you type your message when you create a new topic.
