Did you not watch the video? Using excessive force is not a policemans job. They are to "protect and serve" not enjoy beating the crap out of people. Did you see the guy handcuffed, on the ground face down, he could not do anything and the cop just shoots him in the head? How was he not under control? Or when the guy falls out of the passenger window, his body is limp on the ground and 9 police run over sprinting to him, not to just cuff him, they beat the limp body all to hell and back. Hes knocked out cold, he can't even defend his head. He is getting kicked, punched and beat. They could have just cuffed him and took him away. What they are hearing is "oh he just swerved at johnny, GET HIM" or "He just used excessive force, we get to beat the shit out of him!)

What about the guy getting hit with the nightstick? that thing is so hard its wood yeah but the hardest wood you ever felt. He hit him over and over in the leg. His leg was twisted around like 90 degrees, they were only hitting him because he wasnt face down, how are you supposed to be face down with a stick hitting your legs breaking them?

Again, a police mans job is to protect and serve, not to use excessive force.

I swear to god I saw the second one in the video. My dad, sister and I were there when they tazed/shot him (Oscar Grant) and it was on New years eve. My dad filmed it and sent it to CNN. It was way better quality but they didn't use it anywhere.
