step 1 - sign in to the banned account then when the message comes up saying you have been suspended so and so hover over that message then do step 2

step 2 - go on your pc go to xbox.com sign into banned account and then go on my account then click purchase history then pick the stuff you want to download then when u done that click Xbox 360 Download Queue then i should say xbox is pending to download just wait till it says downloading then it should start to download on your xbox.

step 3 - so you will have your banned account message up and your pc up on the Xbox 360 Download Queue then it should download and also do sank small like 39 mb first to make sure it is downloading stuff

i no this works cuz im doing it right now.
