Hello I will be ordering a computer soon and here are he parts make any suggestion except nvidia graphics cards I'm getting an amd card

Case: cooler master storm trooper
CPU: intel i7 2600k
Motherboard: asus p8p67 deluxe
GPU: sapphire 6950 2GB
Memory: corsair Vengance 16GB (blue)
Optical drive: Samsung blue ray reader
CPU cooler: corsair H100
Fan controller: lamptron FC6 (don't like the built in one)
Hard drive: western digital 750GB caviar black
Power supply: corsair 750 watt Pro series
OS: windows 7 home premium (OEM)


Make suggestion will be ordering in around 2 weeks.

if you dropping that much money on a computer you need a gtx560


besides a gpu thats a very nice computer im guessing your dropping about 2000$ on it?

Ya about 1700 but in Canada shipping cost 300$ so ya 200$

Case: Overkill, you don't need a full tower if you are not doing E-ATX motherboards or Water cooling:
OS: Download it and save 100$?
Memory: 16 GB? Get 8GB more than Enough..
CPU cooler: Why get a 100$ cooler? A Hyper 212 does the job.
CPU: If you're not a editor, the i5 2500k is for you.

You are right but the main point of the i7 over the i5 is for hyper threading. The GB of ram is so when cinema 4d and photoshop are open so it doesn't lag. I will be overclocking to 4.7 so at night when it's rendering the h100 will be quiet well I sleep.
