is there a way to rent a movie on xbox360 zune and keep it will +rep

i dont know if you can anymore since they updated zune awhile back but there should be an option when you click on the movie you want that says download
i know that in the past when i used to use zune it would let me stream it and then download it
with maybe like 3 days to let you download..but after the 3 days its gone if you havent downloaded it
