so u go on xbox.com on your banned account go on purchase history click what u want to download then click on Xbox 360 Download Queue at the top of page then it will say download is waiting so then you sign into your account on your xbox and when the message come's up saying you have been suspended from xbox live you what to hover over that message. then you refresh the page on xbox.com then it will say it is downloading on you xbox then all u have to do is wait for it to say so and so has downloaded but make sure u leave the suspended from xbox live message up for stuff to download.
