i got banned from the prestige token shop for doing the prestige token glitch and some guy told me you can unban yourself from the shop is that true

The only possiblity is to get your tokens to positive once again which is only possible if you are have a low amount of negitive tokens.

Other than that slim chance no, there is no way. You will have to wait until MW3 becomes fully moddable or pay for a recovery service.
