Those are mods but I really like the Dungeon enhancements.

Bethesda just said not to long ago, their not even sure what the new DLC will be. Because since the game already has so much, their debating on what to add(because its alreadt 400
+ hours of gameplay)

PC only huh? In the video a dude is using kinect and xbox controller. Lol. But i do agree all but the one i mentioned must be for PC, unless they have a jtag xbox/jailbroken ps3(idk aout the ps3 as i dont own one)

No, they're not mods.
These were made during Skyrim Game Jam.
The Bethesda team took one week to do whatever they want and put it in the game.

They are not mods and aren't DLCs. They are features made during GameJam. Whenever Bethesda finishes a game they get one week to just do whatever they want.
