Is there any good useful or fun quests to do I'm 118 combat and have already done stuff like monkey madness and desert treasure. Anything that gives good rewards and is fun.

Temple of Senntisten; gives ancient curses.
Lunar Diplomacy; gives lunar magic.
The Void Stares Back; gives Korasi Sword.
Nomad's Requiem; gives Soul Wars Cape.
Just a couple of the big ones to get out of the way.
