The motherboard cpu socket is not compatible with the cpu. Choose a motherboard with AM3+ cpu socket.
Well, I wouldn't go for the Rosewill PSU, I prefer corsair because in my opinion, they make the best PSU out there. Drop that and get a 650W or 700W PSU and use the leftover $$ and get a 6870 instead of a 6770

As Kevin said; 2The motherboard cpu socket is not compatible with the cpu. Choose a motherboard with AM3+ cpu socket"
You will need to change this.
You will need to change this.
- Try this;
- Go for a well known PSU make and not some shabby LED PSU.
- I would also advise getting an Intel i3 or i5, may be more expensive but much better CPU's in the long run.

Go with a Intel build, you will regret getting a AMD build if you plan to use it for gaming, get the i5 2550k, or the 2500k instead.
Also you want to avoid getting a PSU from a unknown brand. If your PSU goes wrong, it could take all the other components with it, then your screwed.
If it means saving a bit more money, just wait and get this:

Your graphics card is fine unless you want to play Battlefield 3 at 60fps in ultra settings, which, if you do, get the 6870 or 6950.
When your building a PC, don't go cheap and cheerful, it will come back to bite you in 6 months time.
