also when i burned at 2.4 it got the same error and image burn said wrong speed

Have you tried Verbatim discs? I heard that Burner Max firmware on Lite-On drivers are meant to be used with Verbatims.

due to the fact that its happening around halfway, my only thought is that there is something wrong with your layerbreak.
try 2133520 for your layerbreak and hopefully that will solve it
