It takes me about 16 or 17 hours on average. I'm a 5th prestige with 3 days.

18-20 hours per Prestige, its taking a little longer now though because I am mainly playing Infected.

A day and a half. If that, I play loads of search and try hard with the FMG9's akimbo, get all the kills, going like 15-3 every match, you should try it.

It takes me about 14 hours. I'm quite a nerd though. I drop them 16-0 bombs all the time on Search and Destroy..

K/D has nothing to do with time to rank I have a 1.7 K/D which isnt great but I rush with specialist and I prestige best time 10 hours 30 min average about 12 hours.
