i can connect to my server with 192.168.0.7
but not 90.210.165.114
why is this
1st is ipv4 second what others should use

You can't connect to your external IP if you haven't port forwarded the port 25565
The first ip is an internal IP mostly used to connect to LAN servers.

You have to port forward because you are using LAN ip address which only you can you can use. To make it so others can join and you can use the other ip you MUST port forward. Hope this helped

If you don't know how/ don't want to port foward you can use hamachi.

1) Don't use Hamachi, it's incredibly insecure.
2) You don't typically access minecraft through an external IP on your host system, as this creates connection feedback which conflicts and it cancels out.
3) Port forward if you want others to join. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] has great tutorials for each router if you skip the ads.
