2.Working GWD.
3. Have there be a prayer store (Contains: Dragon bones,Bones,Prayer cape,Etc.)
4.Have a town (Varrock, Ardougne,Etc..) be a house place, Like the houses are for sale for like 50m-100m, And you have like your own bank inside it.
5.Have a forums for your server, (To decuss bans, Updates,Etc..)
6.Have it so that if someone trys to advertise, It gives them a auto mute. Until a Staff member has checked it.
7.Donator items, (I know you don't like custom items, But you gotta have some rare donator items, That can attract people to donate/Join.)
8.PK points, (Have it so the person can't kill the same person and get PK points from him.)
9.Dragon fire sheild special work.
10. A realistic boss system. (Like not getting a Bandos tassets on your 9th kill,)
11. Working prayers.
12. Agility tokens. (Ability to earn Agility Exp/Rewards with them, You gain them each level.)
That's all I thought of,

6.Donators get the rights for: Torva, Pernix, Virtus, (i) items, Promithium, Primal, Donators zone, 7.double XP etc.
8.We're discussing PK points right now.
9.DFS special Works.
10.All drops are reflected from runescape X2.
11.All prayers work, with stat boosts.
12.Agility tokens could be added.
