i need help with my laptop it is running really slow and i have done everything i know to try and speed it up but nothing is working and it is really annoying to use cause i cant load anything

Run a Chkdsk
this will check to see if you have any errors on your file system

And run a disk Clean

Run:

Disk defragmenter & Disk cleanup located in
Start > All programs > Accessories > System Tools.

And delete the temp, system errors and recycle bin and the rest (cache/cookies) but you might need to re-enter all the passwords saved for websites if you clear them all!

All of the above options are viable. Unless you just have a slod/old laptop... then you should just get a new one lol
