iv'e made a modded gta 4 before and iv'e made a new today for some reason it gets to the main menu and when i want to click on ever TBOGT it loads then frezzes and my burns are perfect ? .

maybe your mod files are corrupt or you didnt place them in the right directory's .

Did you edit anything? like Handling.dat?

sign out click bogt and then when it loads sign in

sign out click bogt and then when it loads sign in
Do that and delete you system cache and single player gamesave.
