So i've just spent 560 microsoft points on 'The Sacrifice' DLC,

I cant find what to do with it anywhere.

How do i access it?

Nope, all i see is the normal levels..

I played through the campaign yet nothing happened..

You've probably downloaded it for the wrong game.

The sacrifice is for Left 4 dead and Left4Dead 2 but each one is a separate purchase. If you purchased Left4Dead 2's sacrifice dlc,even though its the same thing,It still will not run on the first Left4Dead and vice versa
