Ok when i got to justin tv or livstream when im recording with my dazzle the far left and right part of the screen is cut off it only show the middle part im recording does anyone have any clue what it is or how to fix it pleaze Help me - Dazzle DVC 100

Is it plugged in all the way? or is it on a certain setting?

yea its plugged in good and the settings should be right
