you didnt recieve it in your gamecase because its pre-owned now stop crying pay $10 or just play single player

dude its normal once a online passed is used you cant use it anymore so theres no point of putting it in the box

Ya if you buy it used it is going to happen same thing happens to me when I bought madden 11 used last year it sucks bu oh well
