I joined a game and was deranked by someone using "flyin turnips control menu" , But I am now 10th prestige level 55 and cannot access the following perks: C4x2 Special Grenadesx2 RPG-7x2 Stoppiing Power Juggernaut Sonic Boom Extreme Conditioning Steady Aim and Deep Impact , and all of my classes before I edited them where just M9 pistols and at the bottom of my classes it says Unlocalized Perks Frag 1 Weapon ..... Can anyone help?

If your primary weapon has a grenade launcher attachment then you are unable to select any Perk 1.
If it is something glitchy all together then I suggest you check the COD4 section and get into a Tangy mod menu lobby. Then you can unlock everything and the classes should be fixed.
