My xbox isnt reading my discs on the first or second or third time + and i want to fix it but i dont know how

you need to get a new xbox, your discdrive has failed and you cant fix discdrive errors, sorry.

Clean the disc, if not working all else would fail.

its may be a e74 error tht takes like 2 months to get back if you send it in you may as well just go get an new xbox it will cost just as mush as sending it in

sounds like your lazer is on its way out, i had this happen to mine, try using a lazer cleaning disc. that worked for me for a while eventually i had to buy a new Xbox

Same thing happen to mine, Found some one on CL to fix it for 50, and its still going strong, with a life time warranty.
