What I'd do is restore it. You're gonna lose all of your media on it. But as long as it's in your iTunes library (music, apps, videos, etc.) you can sync it all back when you're done restoring it. But first you'll have to put it into DFU mode. So follow these steps:

1. Unplug you're phone from the computer.
2. Hold the power button for 3 seconds
3. While still holding the power button press and hold the home button for 10 seconds
4. Let go of the power button and just keep holding onto the home button for another 10 seconds.
5. Plug your phone into your computer and open iTunes.
6. Click restore.
7. Sync back all of your information.
8. Problem fixed!
