Please could someone tell me the whole point of gifting gold when it's not free.. it just doesn't make sense because you can just go and buy it anyways?:L

The point of Gifting gold is therfor someone who doesn't have the money or just isn't able to get Gold.
Can get it by another user buying it for them..

Like me.. I've never purchased Gold.
But someone keep gifting me.

The point is, If someone else can't get it another helpful/respectful user will buy them it or get it for doing something for someone as a payback.

Ok, i think i understand-.- so the person that is gifting gold can determine the price they want the other person to pay?

Your spending your own money to give someone else the gift of gold, which turns them gold member for 1 month only. It's just being generous. But that's for nice people.
