einstein had the idea of bending time ex: having a piece of paper flat and then bending it going to point A-B faster in time

you could say that. Theory is if you move faster the faster your moving in time.
So if you go fast enough for a long enough time you could possibly be in the "future"

But that meens you couldn't go BACK in time.
So you you'd be stuck.

I've heard this before too. I'd have to say it's correct. The only way to go back in time would have to be with some type of worm hole that instead of warping you too a different location brought you back further.
