Alright to make a long story short I had updated my Xbox 360 Jtag using NAND Flasher 360 for Xbox 360 v1.2.0 and using Xebuild GUI v1.0 to update my nand so I updated it then I hit shut off, but I did not unplug the power cable then I turned it back on it work find repeated a couple times but I did not unplug power cable. So after that I had to update my retail Xbox so I unplug my Jtag power cable and A/va Then I updated my retail after update was complete I played online then wanted to play with my Jtag plug it up then this happen.

My Solutions
1. Check AV Cable ( Most Common )
2.Push Down Hard On ya HDD Because mine does That
3.Try Boot Into Xell Then Reflash Old Nand
4.In No Xell Reflash With NAND-X

you used the wrong smc and you need to have a manul re-flash.
But on another note that is the loudest xbox i have ever heard

if the wrong smc was used the console would show e79.
My best guess is that you left the dashlaunch option on and in my experience when i used the dashlaunch setting with xe build and i didnt have a hard drive with the appropriate path set up the console will just idle green light.
but the console will need a manual reflash
