I disagree with people talking about it only being evolution because, it is and isnt. How many people are still modding there old original xboxs? Not to many. Ofcourse they make a new one to support better things but they also wanted to stop as much as they can. Microsoft would be insane to think anyone could make a 3rd gerneration un-moddable console. And yes, in about 2 years I think Jtags will be done even if we still use the xbox 360 then.

Also think about how long the 360 was in the drawing boards at MS? Probaly started right after modding began. A console dosen't come released within 2 months of the idea...
