As far as a topic cap, i'm not against that idea and it could work. I don't think 1 topic a day would work though, four of five would be a more reasonable number in my opinion.

Anyway, although it's frustrating like Blaze_dis said - let's just wait and see what the future holds.

I'm not blaming staff, it just seems the senior staff seem that appointing more staff with tidy it up a little bit, whereas that doesn't seem to be working, I'm guessing you are a member of other forums or have at least visited one, and you'd realise that they are seriously tidier then this one.
