Have you tried right clicking your Epicbot launcher and selecting 'Run as administrator'?
I get that message come up every time I try launching SWTOR, but obviously it says SWTOR could not be launched instead. Running as administrator always works for me in that case.
Of course, this might not work, it's just what works for me when that message comes up for other programmes, I never had the problem with Epicbot.
